摘要:本文采用文献资料法、专家走访法等科研方法,从成本和销售收入两方面对商业健身俱乐部利润影响因素进行了详细阐述,得出商业健身俱乐部资金投入较大,成本较高;目前商业健身俱乐部的销售收入主要以会员卡的销售为主,收入途径较单一,因此将会导致商业健身俱乐部投入的回收期较长等结论,并建议商业健身俱乐部尽快转变运营思路,在保证会员卡的销售收入的同时,拓宽服务内容和服务项目,增加收入途径,实现商业健身俱乐部的综合化、多元化和一体化的可持续发展。

Research the factors of fitness clubs’ Benefits
Abstract:
By using ways of documents, investigation, statistics and observation and so on to study the factors of fitness clubs’ benefits I draw such conclusions that the cost of fitness is too much. The main way of many fitness clubs gain more benefits is selling membership cards.
At the end of the thesis I provided my advices: Fitness clubs should change management ways to new ways. By adding service content and service events fitness clubs can gain more money.
